A creator as the name goes, Pravin saw the need to address the dissatisfaction that many people have in our industry and the gap between the demand and supply. He saw the vision of creating a platform that helps agencies to work for their customer in a more organized & smarter way.
Pravin is known well for being a good listener and a problem solver. He has foreseen the need for a tool in the diminishing B2B market due to tough competition from Online Travel Giants and made it possible for the travel agents to carry the power of SMART COSTING CALCULATOR within their palms all the time i.e. Click Paramount.
Pravin holds a bachelor’s degree of arts from Delhi University. He began his career in 1993 with Royal Goan Beach Club where his hard work and leading performance helped him take the lead of a Contract & Sales Department. He also achieved the award for Best Employee of Year in 1997 from Royal Goan Beach Club, Delhi.
Beside his workstation, things interest him are tech articles, outdoor sports and fitness sessions.
Man of action, Mr Naveen has been with Paramount since the beginning, and his skills as a visionary, leader, technologist and sales supervision have been critical to the success enjoyed by the company. He has always been unmovable support to sales strategies of the company. His uncanny ability to take a complex project, resolving them by step by step approach is his key to success. Being spontaneous and prompt are some of his traits which also helps in making the business a huge success. His constant innovation and coming up with new ideas to the table, has changed the face of the company to a great extent.
Naveen received his degree in Tourism from the University of Delhi.
Gladsome is the perfect adjective for him.
Sanjay has been associated with Paramount since 2002. He has put in 15 years in the Sales, Marketing & Business Development function. His dynamic and result oriented approach coupled with fine people management skills has helped Paramount to achieve its goals and will be beneficial for the fulfilment of future goals as well. His attitude to give 100% in any task and to come out with flying colours only after its done, is his best trait.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai.
